Schleiper's activities in Brussels are spread over three sites: the site on Chaussée de Charleroi in Saint-Gilles, the site on rue de L'Etang in Etterbeek, and a brand-new implantation on rue des Orchidées in Anderlecht.

Canvas & Stretched Canvas Department - Rue de l’étang 75 - 1040 Brussels
This department, entirely dedicated to canvas, stretcher bars and stretched canvas, is located at Rue de l'Etang 75, 1040 Brussels (Etterbeek, near Place Jourdan). Please use the entrance at number 63 (Be Creative) and follow the signs in the shop.Stretcher bars are available in 7 different profiles. Lengths range from 19 to 300 cm. Of course, you'll also find matching crossbars.
Canvas, with a standard width of 210 cm, is available by the metre and in some thirty different types: untreated, universal coated, glue-coated, coated for oil ... 100% linen, 100% cotton, 100% polyester, but also mixed fibres ... We distribute: Claessens (the unique Belgian family company specialised in the production of painter's canvas), Clairefontaine , Peacock, Schleiper ...
Stretched canvas: some 400 references in stock, from museum quality to study quality, in sizes ranging from 10x10cm to 100x160cm. Of course, you can also turn to us for all your custom-made canvas frames.
Out of respect for the climate, to support the local economy and guarantee local employment, our frames are made from FSC wood from sustainably managed forests in Europe. Production was relocated to Europe.
Painting canvas: untreated, with universal coating, with glue coating, coating for oil colours ... per metre or per roll. Stretched canvas (wooden and aluminium stretchers): more than 100 formats in stock. Stretcher bars and crossbars. Standard formats and made-to-measure.
Schleiper provides its customers with 10 parking spaces at No 77 and 8 parking spaces at No 73.
