Golden Fluid - extra-fine acrylic - 946ml bottle

GOLDEN Fluid Acrylics were formulated for artists who wanted a thinner viscosity for staining, spraying and watercolor effects with the richness of color offered by the Heavy Body Acrylics. The consistency of Fluid Acrylics allows for an extremely smooth brush stroke.
Fluids Acrylics have the same pigment load as the Heavy Body Acrylics, but their thin viscosity prevents thick application for an opaque coverage. Coverage also depends on the pigment properties. Organic pigments such as the Quinacridones are intense but very transparent and useful for glazing. Inorganic pigments such as Titanium White and Raw Sienna are more opaque.
All GOLDEN gels and mediums easily blend with GOLDEN Fluid Acrylics as they are ideal colorants and easy to control. GOLDEN Fluid Matte Medium was designed for use with Fluid Acrylics. It will extend the color and reduce the sheen of the paint.
GOLDEN Fluids can be sprayed at 100%. GOLDEN recommends adding GOLDEN Airbrush Medium to make Fluid Acrylics thin enough to spray without clogging, and create a durable film.
Airbrush Medium and Fluid Acrylics make an excellent airbrush fabric paint for application on clothing. These mixtures are appropriate for automotive, signage and fine art spray applications.
For illustration work, where frisketing and other masking techniques are essential, blend Fluid Acrylics with GOLDEN Airbrush Transparent Extender. This allows the artwork to dry faster.
