Clairefontaine Simili Japon - etching papier - sheet

This 100% alpha pure cellulose paper has a beautiful natural white shade. Its very fine and smooth surface makes it particularly well adapted for printing of the finest details. With its sizing inside and slightly on the surface, this paper is ideal for embossing (relief printing, linocut) or other techniques such as screen printing and monotype. It catches well the ink and details. On its version at 130g it is well aimed to techniques such as rotogravure, silkscreen and monotype printing. In its 250g version it is also well adapted to intaglio. It is a nice alternative to Japanese papers. This paper guarantees archiving work: acid free, pH neutral, with alkaline reserve to resist the ageing.
