A beautiful 'unsized' paper, this Bamboo Thick is much heavier than virtually all washi papers offering artists a prized surface to work on.
Eco-friendly Bamboo Thick (70% bamboo + 30% recycled kozo) is supple & soft and may be used for printmaking (spray don't soak), mixed-media, drawing, letterpress and even sculpture/moulding.
Water-based mediums will have a slight organic 'bleed' due to the fact that there is no sizing in this paper. Organic and sensuous, Bamboo Thick is certainly a very unique paper.....even here in Japan.
